Return Eligibility

- You have received approval before sending the return.

- Your order number
- A completed return form
- A photo or video of the issue, if applicable
❗Returns without prior approval or sent via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused.
Return Procedure
- Email us your proof of purchase.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days.
- If approved, return the item within 7 days and send us the tracking number and link.
- Ship only to the return address provided—returns to other addresses will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Processing times:
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Credit Card: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank)
Note: Shipping, taxes, and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately to cancel.
- You’ll receive a full refund within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Pre-orders are charged at checkout and follow the same process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us right away with proof (photo or video).
- If the issue is verified as a shipping or manufacturing problem, we will cover return shipping.
Used Products
Returns for used items are not accepted unless there is a verified defect or malfunction.
Lost Shipments
- If tracking has no update for 3 or more days, we’ll contact the shipping carrier.
- If your item doesn’t arrive within 3 weeks, it is considered lost, and a full refund will be issued.
- If the item arrives later, you may choose to refuse delivery.

This policy only applies to purchases made on www.gvcoco.com.
For orders placed on Amazon, Aliexpress, Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, etc., please contact their customer support directly.
Important Shipping Notes
- Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
- Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely and legally shipped.
- Items with lithium-ion batteries must follow all shipping regulations.
- We recommend using trackable or insured shipping. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Inspection & Restocking Fee
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If rejected, we’ll hold your item for 30 days. You must pay shipping to have it returned.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
- Only full-price items can be refunded.
