Warranty Policy – GVBTOC

Standard Warranty

  1. GVBTOC offers a 24-month warranty on all products (starting from February 14, 2020), unless otherwise specified by EU law or product manufacturer.
  2. For defects within the warranty period, contact support@gvcoco.com. A return form will be provided. Once approved, the product can be sent for repair.
  3. If the defect is caused by the customer, GVBTOC will provide a cost estimate for repairs and return shipping.
  4. Warranty becomes void if:
  • Warranty period expires
  • The product is misused
  • The product is modified or not in original condition
  • Incompatible accessories or unsupported firmware/software are used
  1. Warranty applies to the main unit only.

Repairs

  • To request a repair, email support@gvcoco.com.
  • Include a brief description, short video or photo, serial number, and purchase invoice.
  • We respond within 24 business hours.

Returns

  • Orders can be returned within 14 days after receipt.
  • Request a return form via support@gvcoco.com.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval with tracking info.
  • Returns under warranty use the same return form.
  • Our return warehouse is located in Poland.

E-Bike & E-Scooter Warranty Scope

Note:

  1. Warranty does not cover accidental damage.
  2. GVBTOC does not supply CoC/ABE documentation.
  3. For issues after 14 days, contact the manufacturer or GVBTOC for assistance.

Special Conditions

  • Appearance Issues: Must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • Human Damage: Collision, unauthorized repair, water ingress, overload, commercial use, etc., are not covered.
  • Specification Updates: Minor product updates may occur without notice.
  • Unauthorized Disassembly: Any private modification voids warranty unless manufacturer-approved.

Returns for E-Scooters and E-Bikes

  • E-scooters: Return within 14 days (new); used items will incur damage deduction.
  • E-bikes: Returns not accepted unless a main functional defect is verified.
  • Customers must submit photos/videos and tracking within 5 days after return approval.

Missing Parts & Appearance Defects

  • Must be reported with photos/videos within 7 days of delivery.
  • GVBTOC will send missing or replacement parts where applicable.

Range Disclaimer

  • Test conditions: flat road, 55kg load, constant speed.
  • Real-world mileage varies with terrain, weight, speed, etc.

Warranty Repairs

  • Manufacturer may use refurbished or reconditioned parts.
  • Alternatively, full unit replacement may be offered.
