1. General
- These general terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Global Village BtoC (GVBTOC), superseding any other terms.
- These Conditions govern all legal relationships where GVBTOC is the supplier of goods or services.
- “Customer” refers to any individual or legal entity entering into a legal relationship with GVBTOC.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts these Conditions.
- Any deviations from these Conditions must be in writing and confirmed by GVBTOC. All other provisions remain valid.
2. Payment
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- If paying in a currency other than Euro, the exchange rate at the time of payment applies.
- Cheques are not accepted.
- No discounts, deductions, or offsets are allowed unless agreed by GVBTOC in writing.
3. Prices
- All prices on the GVBTOC website are subject to change and may include typographical or graphical errors.
- Prices are listed in Euros.
- All offers are non-binding unless confirmed in writing by GVBTOC.
- GVBTOC reserves the right to change prices due to legal regulations or availability.
4. Delivery
- Products are shipped within Europe or from China to Europe. Additional VAT or customs fees may apply for China-to-Europe shipments.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. GVBTOC will inform customers in case of shortages.
- Delivery time starts after order placement and payment confirmation.
- Delivery is complete when the customer or representative receives the order.
- Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. Damaged packaging must be opened in the presence of the courier, and any damage must be documented. GVBTOC must be notified within two (2) business days.
- GVBTOC may split orders into partial deliveries based on stock location. Delayed or substituted items will be communicated to the customer.
- If an order is refused without valid reason, GVBTOC may cancel the agreement.
5. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Customers must complete and submit a return form.
- Approved returns must be new, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Customers must provide tracking information within 7 days of approval.
- Costs for return shipping to the Poland warehouse are not refunded.
- Products returned with visible use or incomplete items may incur deductions.
6. Cooling-Off Period / Distance Selling Regulations
- Customers can return products within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@gvcoco.com.
- Returns must include an approved return form, original invoice, and be undamaged and complete.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
7. Liability
- GVBTOC is not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.
- GVBTOC is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
8. Force Majeure
- In case of force majeure, GVBTOC may suspend or cancel the order without liability.
- Force majeure includes any situation beyond GVBTOC’s control, including legal and natural events.
9. Product Images and Descriptions
- Product images and descriptions are for illustration only. GVBTOC is not liable for minor inaccuracies but strives to present products accurately.
10. Warranty
- All products include a 24-month warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
- For warranty claims, customers must contact support@gvcoco.com and follow the return process.
- Warranty is void in cases of:
- Expired warranty period
- Misuse or modification
- Use with unsupported accessories/software
- Repair costs for customer-caused defects are borne by the customer.
- Warranty applies to main units only. Gifts and samples are not covered.
- Warranty period does not reset with replacement units.
11. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges vary based on location, carrier, weight, and size unless stated otherwise.
- GVBTOC will inform customers of shipping fees before dispatch.
- Incorrect address details may result in additional shipping charges.
12. Applicable Law
- All transactions are governed by UK law. Econ Technology Ltd, Manchester, England.
- The CISG (Vienna Convention) does not apply.
- Disputes are to be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
- Complaints can be sent to support@gvcoco.com and will be addressed within 14 days.
13. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- RMA requests require submission of a return form via support@gvcoco.com.
- Returns must include the approved form and original invoice.
- GVBTOC is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Backup is advised.
- For warranty-covered defects, GVBTOC covers repair and return shipping.
- Unjustified RMA requests will incur customer-borne charges.
- RMA processing may take up to 6 weeks.
- Customer bears transport damage or loss risk.
14. Other Conditions
- Any tolerance by GVBTOC does not waive their right to enforce Conditions.
- Invalid provisions will be replaced by lawful equivalents.
- GVBTOC may use third parties for order fulfillment.
15. Privacy
By ordering, customers permit GVBTOC to process personal data solely for service purposes, in compliance with data protection laws. Data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
